ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant M.S.R.T.C. The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 27.09.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court whereby the Cross Objection of the applicant was refused to register for non removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicant is now ready to remove such office objections. 2.

As such, the order dated 27.09.2022 is hereby set aside to the extent of this application and the delay of 73 days also stands condoned. The Cross Objection (St.) No. 20139 of 2022 alongwith CA (St.) No. 20140 of 2022 are restored subject to removal of all the office objections, within two weeks from the date of this order.
