The petitioner prays that his representation dated 18/07/2018, seeking regularization/permanent promotion order as a 'Cluster Head' in the light of Clause 1.1 of the Government Resolution dated 16/02/2018, be directed to be decided within a time frame.

The learned Advocate for respondent Nos.2 to 4, submits on instructions that, the representation would be considered on it's own merits in the light of the policies, as are applicable and in vogue.
