Learned counsel for the respondent wife, on instructions, submits that the respondent wife would withdraw Criminal M.A. No. 111 of 2014 pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Khultabad, within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the terms of settlement arrived at between the

wp1568.15 -2parties and in the light of statement made by learned counsel for the respondent wife for withdrawal of criminal M.A. No.111 of 2014 pending before the J.M.F.C. Khultabad, this criminal writ petition is disposed of.
