The learned Counsel submits that, the application is filed by the petitioner to the Collector for refund of the amount deposited pursuant to the auction of the sand spot. Though the application is filed in May-2018, no decision is taken on it as yet. The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 2.

In case the application filed by the petitioner for refund of the amount (Pg. 21) is pending with respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within a period of six months.
