Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 850 of 2023 registered with Shrigonda Police Station, Tq. Shrigonda, punishable under Sections 354, 354-D, 341, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The liberty of the applicant is protected by order dated 21.12.2023. Learned counsel for the applicant had made statement in the previous hearing that a settlement is arrived at between the parties. 3.

Learned APP was requested to take instructions from Investigating Officer in this regard. Today, on instructions, she makes statement that parties have settled the matter. 4.

In view of this, application is allowed in terms of interim order dated 21.12.2023.
