1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The petitioner challenges the order / notice dated 25.10.2023 passed by the Tahsildar and order of impounding the vehicle.

3] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final orders are not passed in the matter and the vehicle of the petitioner is detained since long. 4] In view of the same, the Tahsildar is directed to pass final order in the matter. The petitioner would be at liberty to file an application for release of the vehicle before the Sub Divisional Officer. In the event, the petitioner file such application, the concerned authority to decide the

5] Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
