The grievance of the petitioner is that validation proceedings in respect of her tribe claim is pending since 2015 with the respondent-Committee.

In case the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2 - Committee, then respondent No. 2 shall decide it on its own merit and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2020. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 2nd December, 2019.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
