Heard Shri Mayure, the learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Chapalgaonkar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-insurance company.

Perused the impugned judgment and award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said judgment. After having considered the material as aforesaid, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court along with interest accrued thereon on

942-CA-1174-2019.odt (2) submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

ii) Balance 25% of the amount with interest accrued thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

iii) The civil application for withdrawal of amount stands disposed of.
