PER COURT :- Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Insurance Company. The respondent Insurance Company has disputed the award mainly on quantum of compensation. After having perused the impugned Judgment and award and grounds of objection raised in exception to the impugned Judgment and award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. II) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for a period till disposal of the appeal.
