Heard learned counsel for the applicants and respondent insurance company.

Learned counsel for insurance company has raised serious objection regarding liability of the insurance company.

Till today, the matter is not ready for final hearing.

Therefore, it is desirable to allow withdrawal of certain amount out of the compensation

ca4173.18 amount.

Permission is granted to withdraw fifty per cent amount of the deposited compensation amount, subject to filing of solvent surety for the withdrawn amount, to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial), within eight weeks from the date of passing of this order. Applicant nos. 2 and 3 are minor. Therefore, cheque be issued in the name of applicant no.1.
