The learned counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent No.5.

This Writ Petition can be disposed off by directing the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to decide the Special Civil Suit No.27 of 2019, Special Civil Suit No.31 of 2019 and Probate Application No.6 of 2013, which came to be assigned to him by the learned Principal District Judge, Dhule on 05.11.2019. Both the parties submit that if the Trial Court is directed to dispose off both the Special Civil Suits and the Probate Application in a time bound manner, this Writ Petition can be disposed off.

In view of the above, the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule is hereby directed to dispose off the Special Suit No.27 of 2019 (Gajanan Ramdas Chaudhari and others Vs. Nilkanth Shivdas Chaudhari and others), Special Suit No.31 of 2019 (Gajanan Ramdas Chaudhari Vs. Nilkanth Shivdas Chaudhari and others) and Probate Application No.6 of 2013 (Gajanan Ramdas Chaudhari and others Vs. Shivdas Bhaga Chaudhari) within a period of one (01) year. It is hereby directed that no party shall seek unnecessary adjournment and co-operate the Trial Court in disposing off the aforesaid matters in a time bound manner, as directed above.
