ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicant is seeking permission for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the respondent Insurance Company.

The learned Counsel for the Insurance Company who has filed this appeal, submits that 50% of the deposited amount of compensation can be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant at this juncture. The learned Counsel for the applicant is agree for the same.

As such, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
