Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties at some length, we are of the view that respondent no.2 should now forward to the State Government in the Higher Education Department proposal of the petitioner for starting a law college in Hingoli District. 3.

That being the position, we direct respondent no.2 to forward the proposal of the petitioner for establishment of law college in Hingoli District within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order whereafter respondent no.1 i.e. State of Maharashtra

910-WP-13866-2019.odt represented by the Secretary to the Higher Education Department shall take his decision in accordance with law. 4.

Let such decision be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the proposal.
