DATE: 25th January, 2019 PER COURT:- The learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the awards, which are impugned in the present appeals have been fully satisfied by the Insurance Company. The learned Counsel further contended that the dispute inter se the Insurance Company and the present appellant has also been settled. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel, on instructions, has sought leave to withdraw the present appeals.

The learned Counsel has placed on record the copies of orders passed below Exh.1 in R.D.(MACP) No.58 of 2016 and R.D. (MACP) No.214 of 2017. The said Regular Darkhasts were filed by the Insurance Company. The orders passed by the Executing

{2} FA 4463 OF 2016 & ors Court reveal that the Regular Darkhasts have been fully satisfied. In view of the submissions made, the present appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The amount deposited by the appellant in this Court be refunded to the appellant with interest, if any, accrued thereon. The appellant is also entitled for refund of Court fee in accordance with law in both these appeals.
