Present application was moved mainly on the ground that till this date, trial has not commenced and applicant has suffered incarceration for about one and half year.

After arguing for some time, Mr. Bhosale, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move, in case the trial is not commenced or advanced within a period of six months from today.

The criminal application is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
