Present applications have been filed for stay to the award passed by the reference Court. 02.

Taking into consideration the fact that the delay has been condoned today and the first appeals will come up for admission, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B", subject to deposit of entire decretal amount, in this Court, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of this order. It is clarified that the said period shall not be extended for any reason. If there is failure on the part of the applicants to deposit the amount, as
