The petitioners in all these petitions raise disputed questions of fact, which need to be considered and determined in an appropriate proceeding. Admittedly, the petitioners did not raise objection to

wp12168-2016+ the resolutions adopted by the Primary Society in regard to recording the name of delegate for the purpose elections to the Federal Society. In this view of the matter, keeping the option of the petitioners open to avail of the remedies available in law, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
