Present applications have been filed for getting delay of 753 days condoned in filing first appeals. The applicant - State intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Paranda, District Osmanabad, dated 19-08-2013.

Applications have been strongly opposed by the respondents on the ground that the delay has not been properly and sufficiently explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons stated
