In Civil Application No. 991/2023 the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks to add respondent No. 19 who has purchased the suit property from respondent Nos. 1 to 8 as he would be affected and necessary party. In view of this, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
