This is the Application for condonation of 859 days delay in preferring Criminal Appeal against the conviction recorded by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar in Sessions Case No.13 of 2018 convicting the Applicant for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentencing him to suffer imprisonment for life till his death with fine of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and in default of payment of fine, to suffer simple imprisonment for fifteen days.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that sufficient reasons are given in the Application. The learned APP opposed the Application.
