This civil application has been preferred for recall of the order dated 10.01.2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the Civil Application (St.) No.5241/2021 for nonremoval of the office objections and for condonation of delay of 284 days caused in preferring the civil application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed and delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the High Court Law Library. 3.
