DATED : 12TH JANUARY,2016 PER COURT :- The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.189/15 registered on 9/8/2015 for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304-B r.w. 34 of IPC and u/s 3,4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2] Prosecution story in the case is that the father of the complainant Gajanan lodged complaint alleging that his daughter Ujjwala married to the son of the present applicant on 7/3/2015. It is further claimed that there are dowry demands and Ujjwala as such has committed suicide.

criapln6711.15 -23] The investigation in the matter is already complete as the charge sheet in the matter is already filed.

4] The custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary in view of the completion of the investigation and the fact that applicant was father in law of the deceased Ujjwala. The FIR and the other evidence does not depict about specific role to the present applicant. 5] As such, application stands allowed. Applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
