This petition cannot be entertained mainly because the Petitioner has number of remedies available. The Petitioner is in jail for last many years. He has a daughter who stays with his in-laws. He wants to see his daughter. The Petitioner can avail, through proper channel, leave from jail and may meet his daughter. In the alternative, the Petitioner can also request his daughter to come and see him in the jail. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
