The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since, there are several defects in this petition as well as certain documents, he deems it proper to withdraw this petition and file a properly drafted petition along with the legible annexures. He submits that this matter has not been circulated and hence, this request is made before the matter is taken up for admission.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a Writ Petition in the same cause.
