This is a motion for speaking to minutes in First Appeal No. 110 of 2011 along with other connected appeals which are decided by the common judgment on 7.1.2019.

Learned counsel for appellants has pointed out arithmetical errors in paragraph Nos. 23 and 24 of the Judgment. The attention of the learned AGP for respondent No. 1 was drawn towards these proposed corrections. He has expressed no objection for making

fa110.11 (minutes) such arithmetical corrections.

In paragraph no. 23 of the judgment, in line no.13, line no. 20 and in paragraph no.24 in line no.11, correction of figure as "Rs.10312.5 per Are" be made. Similarly in paragraph no. 23 of the judgment, in line no.14, line no. 21 and in paragraph no.24 in line no.14, correction of figure as "Rs.12890.6 per Are" be made.

In the judgment in First Appeal Nos 110 of 2011 to First Appeal No. 114 of 2011 the appearance of Mr. P.S.Patil, learned counsel be shown for respondent No. 2.
