Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 733/2024 dated 19.6.2024 registered with Tofkhana Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 307, 323, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of I.P.C., under section 4 r/w. 25 of the Arms Act and under section 37(1)(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act. 3.
This Court by order dated 11.12.2024, for the reasons mentioned in the order, has granted interim protection to the applicants. There was no connecting evidence against the applicants as the CCTV footage is taken from the procession prior to the incident and the applicants were not identified by the informant. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that after passing the interim order, the applicants have cooperated with the investigation.

Considering the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court on 11.12.2024 to the applicants is
ABA 2045/24 confirmed on the following terms :
i] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
iii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. The applicants shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
