This Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Writ Petition No.11923 of 2024. 2.

It is submitted by learned Advocate for the Petitioner that the concerned answering Respondent passed the order on 20.12.2024. However, he has not concluded the issue involved in the matter. 3.

It is submitted by the learned AGP that the answering Respondent has considered the representation dated 05.09.2024 of the Petitioner as directed by this Court and the above referred order has been passed. 4.

On going through the said order dated 20.12.2024, it is clear that the concerned answering Respondent has considered the representation

of the Petitioner and has passed the said order in compliance of the order passed by this Court. It is thus clear that the concerned answering Respondent has complied with the order of this Court and hence, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
