The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, since July-2017 the validation proceedings are pending. The employer has issued notice directing the petitioner to produce the validity certificate else the action would be taken. 2.

To get the validation proceedings decided within the stipulated time is not in the hands of the litigant. 3.

The respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04.12.2019. The respondentGajanan

2 13909.2019WP..doc employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
