Mr. Hon, learned counsel for the appellants submits, that the subject matter in the present appeal has been compromised between the parties in RCS No. 309 of 2021, before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nevasa, who has after recording the compromise passed a decree in terms thereof on 05/04/2021. He submits, that the subject matter of the appeal, has already been settled between the parties and the appeal be disposed of accordingly.
