This application is filed for quashing of the FIR at Crime No.170 of 2018 registered with Peth Police Station, Beed Taluka and District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The applicant No.1 is the husband and Applicant Nos.2 to 4 are the in-laws. The FIR came to be registered at the instance of Respondent No.2/wife.

The husband and wife have resolved their dispute and have started residing together. Affidavit to that effect is filed by the Respondent No.2/wife stating that they have amicably settled the dispute and they are staying together as husband and wife and are leading happy married life. In that view of the matter, the proceedings may be quashed. 4.

Considering the amicable settlement of matrimonial dispute, the proceedings of FIR No.170/2018 dated 24.05.2018 registered with Police Station Peth Beed, Taluka and District Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, is quashed.
