Applicants seek condonation of delay of 768 days caused in preferring cross objections. The respondent - acquiring body has also preferred first appeals and delay was condoned.

There are no malafides on the part of the applicants in preferring the cross objections belatedly. Small pieces of lands have been acquired and the delay cannot be said to be inordinate. 3.
