The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to transfers. 2.

As per the Government Resolution dated 28.05.2019, it is the Chief Executive Officer, who has to consider about the grievance in respect of transfers. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, applications are already given to the learned Chief Executive Officer making grievance about the transfers, but same are not considered.

The petitioners may file fresh applications with the Chief Executive Officers making their grievance with regard to transfers. The Chief Executive Officers shall take decision upon the said representations, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one (01) month from the date of filing of the representations and communicating present order to the Chief Executive Officer.

With these observations the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
