Heard rival submissions. Both these applications are filed for condonation of delay period as mentioned therein. These applications are filed by the claimants and Insurance Company against each other. However, today the rival counsel submit that the

contesting parties have settled the matter amicably and also entered into compromise deed which is tendered across the bar. In view of this, both the applications are allowed and the delay periods in filing these appeals are condoned. The appeals be registered after removal of office objections, if any.

The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court is directed to verify the compromise deed tendered across the bar by the contesting parties. 3.

The parties need not to come before this Court after the verification of contents of compromise deed is done by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
