Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The alleged country made pistol has been seized from the applicant. Nothing is to be recovered from him. He is a married person. There appears no reason to detain him in jail for further period. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants, Rizwan Rajjak Nadaf, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.336 of 2022, registered at Chopda City Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offence punishable under Section 3/25, 7/25 of the

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Tuesday of the month between 12.00 pm to 02.00 pm till conclusion of the trial.
