Heard Mr. Gore, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The sugar is purportedly sold under the provisions of the Securatization Act. It would not be appropriate to exercise the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioners can raise their claim at an appropriate stage in an appropriate manner.
