Under this application, the applicants have requested to withdraw a sum of Rs.91,100/- and to transfer rest of the amount deposited in this court pursuant to the decree passed by the civil court and under the orders of this court, to the executing court for withdrawal of the amount with interest.

Learned counsel for the parties however now concur that the entire amount which is deposited alongwith interest, be remitted to the executing court for onward disbursal further referring that applicants no.2 and 3 are no more.

In view of aforesaid, the entire amount deposited in this court in the second appeal and incidental civil applications, be
