If the representation filed by the petitioner (Exhibit-G dated 14.10.2015), is pending with the

2 wp 13439.18 Authority for correction of date of birth, then the Authority shall take decision upon it in accordance with provisions of the Rules, policy, on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. 4.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
