1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the informant is examined and that the applicant is in jail from 12th March, 2024. He further submits that the applicant be given liberty to apply afresh after six months in the event trial does not conclude.

2] In view of above, the Bail Application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
