PER COURT :- The petitioner states that, he has already presented an election petition, raising dispute challenging election of returning candidate by taking recourse to provisions of section 21 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965 and the election petition is pending. It would be open for the petitioner to tender an appropriate application, seeking assistance of the Court for production of documents. If the petitioner tenders such an application, it would be open for the Court, dealing with the election petition to pass appropriate orders in accordance with provisions of the Act.
