Present two petitions filed by Shrikant Janardhan Bhole and Hemant Prakash Patil are taken up for hearing disposal, in view of the submissions of learned Counsel Mr.Talhar, appearing for petitioner. Mr. Talhar submitted that the petitions were filed with a prayer seeking directions to respondent authorities to decide the proposal for grant of approval pending before the authorities. Learned Counsel submitted that the petitions

( 2 ) wp571.19 are filed sometime in the month of November, 2018 and post filing petitions, the Dy.Director of Education, Nashik Division, Nashik passed orders dated 22.01.2019 and 23.01.2019, thereby granting approval in favour of the petitioners subject to certain conditions. Copy of the orders are taken on record and marked "X" collectively.

In view of the orders passed by the competent authority, nothing survives in the petitions and grievance of the petitioners is redressed. As such, the petitions are disposed of accordingly.
