The learned counsel appearing for the applicant pointed out that First Appeal No.1326/2003 has been dismissed by this Court vide order passed on02.02.2018. The Respondents in the said appeal have therefore filed the present application seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant in the said case, in this Court. The appellant i.e. M.S.R.T.C, Dhule Division does not have any objection to permit such withdrawal.

In view of the submission made, the following order is passed :-

ORDER

[i] The amount lying in this Court deposited by the appellantCorporation be remitted to the present applicant no.5 for and on on behalf of all the applicants.

[iii] Civil Application stands disposed of.
