Learned counsel for Petitioner graciously submits that the term of the election of Petitioners as Member of Gram Panchayat is now expired. They were disqualified in terms of Section 14(1)(j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958. 2.

Since the term of Petitioners' election as Member of Village Panchayat has already expired, no effective order can be passed in present Writ Petition. However, in future, if any issues arises as to disqualification of Petitioners on the grounds which are

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
