ORDER:- 1.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant - wife. The respondent husband, though served with notice, remained absent.

The applicant - wife is seeking transfer of Petition A No.47/2022 pending in the Family Court, Parbhani filed by respondent - husband for getting divorce, to the Family Court, Nanded 3.

According to the applicant-wife, she is having 10 years son to look after and not having independent source of income. Moreover, she has also filed proceedings under Section 498-A of I.P.C. wherein the respondent has appeared. There is no oppose to the application. As such, considering the convenience of applicant, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) Petition A. No. 47/2022 pending in the Family Court, Parbhani is transferred to the Family Court, Nanded for it's disposal according to law.

(iii) The respondent is directed to appear before the learned Family Court, Nanded on or before 15.04.2023.

(iv) The application is disposed of accordingly.
