Heard the learned Advocate for the applicant/original claimant. The application is for condonation of delay of 1387 days caused in filing the appeal.

It is informed that in some of the appeals arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, already compromise has taken place before the National Lokadalat.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. Therefore, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The first appeal be registered.
