We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for respondent No.1 and Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 & 3.

The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is still pending. The further aspects about the payment of salary would be depended upon the decision on the proposal. 3.

In light of that, we direct the Education Officer (Primary) to decide the proposal (Page-38) submitted for approval on its own merits, preferably within a period of four months.
