The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an Application seeking correction in the Consolidation Scheme and the said Application came to be allowed by the District Superintendent of Land Records by order dated 30th May, 2015. Being aggrieved by the same, respondent no.12 herein has approached the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad by filing an Appeal. The Deputy Director of Land Records, by order dated 28th July, 2015, has rejected the said Appeal and aggrieved by the same, the respondent no.12 herein has approached the State Government and the concerned

32-WP-12213-2015 -2Minister has passed an interim order directing the parties to maintain status quo. The petitioners have thus, preferred this Writ Petition against the said interim order of status quo passed by the Hon'ble Minister.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Hon'ble Minister may be directed to dispose of the pending Appeal expeditiously and the same would serve the purpose of filing the present Writ Petition. The learned counsel for respondent no.12 has no objection if such directions are issued. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is hereby disposed of. The Hon'ble Minister is hereby requested to dispose of the pending Appeal within a period of six months from today and till that time, the order directing the parties to maintain status quo would remain in force.
