I have considered the strenuous submissions of Mr.Choukidar and Mr.Gunale on behalf of the litigating sides. I have perused the petition paper book with their assistance. When called upon, it is informed that the elections to the concerned Trust have already been held pursuant to the election programme dated 25/11/2018. 2.

In view of the above, this petition would be rendered infructuous and the ends of justice would be met by directing the learned District Judge - 3 to decide R.J.E. No.137/2017 within a time frame.

Hence this petition is disposed of. The concerned Court shall decide R.J.E. No.137/2017 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31/08/2019.
