Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to decide the premature release application/proposal of the petitioner forwarded by respondent No.1 on 22.07.2024.

Learned APP waives notice for both the respondents and upon oral instructions from respondent No.2 submits that the said proposal would be decided within 12 weeks from today. The said statement is taken as undertaking. We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the proposal of premature release of petitioner forwarded by respondent No.1 on 22.07.2024 within a period of 12 weeks from today.
