Learned counsel for Respondents submits that since the dispute is settled between the parties in view of the compromise which is placed on record, impugned order be set aside 4.

relegated back to Sub-Divisional Officer (for short "SDO"), for decision a fresh, considering compromise between parties. 5.

In view of the above petition stands allowed. Impugned order is set aside. Concerned proceeding is relegated back to SDO for decision afresh, in view of the compromise.
