The petitioners are seeking direction that their caste claims which are pending since 20.03.2024 before the Caste Scrutiny Committee be decided expeditiously.

Considering the fact that petitioners are desirous of seeking admission to different educational courses, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondent No.2/ Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the petitioners within a period of six months from today. 4.
